Job Title: Deputy Manager- Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Job Overview: Looking for experienced sales & marketing professional having experience into lighting sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve all departments in formulating and executing business strategies.
- Implement sales strategies using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle
- Lead dealer strategy: selection, contract management, and incentive planning
- Maintain a strong network with lighting designers, architects, and interior designers
- Target affluent clientele and luxury housing market segments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (mandatory).MBA or Post-Graduation in Marketing/Strategy (preferred)
- 7-12 Years of experience
