Job Descriptions

• Design and implement new processes or modify existing ones to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Analyze production costs, material usage, and waste to identify areas for reduction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory management, and shipping processes.
• Evaluate processes to identify potential hazards and implement solutions to reduce ergonomic risks to improve workers’ safety and comfort.
• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Min 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and process documentation techniques.
• Knowledge of cost analysis, material flow, and inventory management.
• Familiar with health, safety, ergonomic, and quality standards, including ISO 9001 compliance.
• Capable of managing or supporting projects involving process changes, equipment upgrades, or system improvements.
