Our client is a design and build company specializing in industrial construction and engineering services, including cleanroom systems, HVAC, process utilities, fire protection, electrical, and plumbing systems. Join their team of experienced engineers and play a major role in every engineering project.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and manage the implementation of project activities including project management and project execution, installation, maintenance for industrial HVAC, cloakroom, process utility, electrical and C&S work.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors on work instruction,
  sequence of work and other project implementation issue.
• Responsible for project tendering, budget, project cost control etc
• Lead a team of junior engineers and supervisors to ensure proper project execution in
  each project phase.
• Identify M&E design concepts and develop design briefs outlining the design requirements to consultant.
• Review and ensure M&E layout design and specifications on the functionality, practicality, constructability and value-engineering aspects are complied.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering course.
• A strong understanding of technical systems, construction, and civil engineering.
• Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and managing project teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management, reporting, and team coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement solutions.
