【職務内容】
複数の部門、地域にまたがる大規模プロジェクトをリードするプログラムマネージャー業務。
● チームを率いて育成し、担当するカスタマーフォーカスチームのパフォーマンス（プログラム全体の契約/目標の理解を含む）に責任を持たせます。
● ガバナンスを確立し、CM/CDおよび財務部門と連携して、顧客プログラムの戦略計画と予測を主導します。コスト範囲内でPMに納期遵守の責任を負わせ、PMと協力して新たな販売機会を発掘します。
● 目標を設定し、NPS目標を策定し、ベストプラクティスの導入や顧客満足度向上活動を推進する責任をPMチームに負わせる。
● 目標を設定し、顧客関係管理（CFT）におけるQBWM（顧客維持管理）と継続的改善（CTO）の文化醸成に関してPMの責任を促し、その責任を果たす。
● 顧客プログラムポートフォリオのコストサイドにおける財務的成功を主導する。コストおよび財務パフォーマンス目標を設定し、PMにそれらの目標達成の責任を負わせる。
● コアバリューを体現し、チームにその責任を負わせる。リーダーは、潜在能力の評価、後継者計画の推進、そして従業員が最大限の能力を発揮するために必要な開発とコーチングを受けられるようにすることに重点を置く。
【応募要件】
● 学士号以上
● マトリックス組織においてチームを率いる能力
● 問題解決能力、優先順位付け能力、マルチタスク能力、継続的な改善能力
● 経営陣および顧客に対し、ビジネス上の問題と解決策を効果的に伝えるためのプレゼンテーションや資料などを作成できる方
