- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by offering tailored product solutions and resolving sales-related issues effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, understanding customer requirements, and presenting strategic proposals.
- Foster trust by actively listening to client concerns and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
- Work closely with internal technical and development teams to ensure customer feedback and needs are integrated into product development.
Job Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Malay or Chinese is an added advantage due to the market support.
- Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint being a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in the plastics industry or industrial equipment sales is strongly preferred.
