Job Responsibilities
Oversee sales, purchasing, and financial operations
Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Coordinate and align cross-departmental business activities
Ensure timely delivery and excellent service standards
Supervise costing and procurement tailored to customer needs
Monitor legal and environmental compliance, including stakeholder updates
Implement and sustain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Lead business development and strategic partnerships
Negotiate contracts and consistently close sales
Recommend and execute efficiency improvements
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of sales experience
Strong leadership, initiative, and understanding of customs and logistics
Willingness to travel and operate independently
