各部門と協力し、チームを率いて、産業オートメーションの未来を形作る高品質なソリューションを顧客に提供します。
【業務内容】
技術的な話し合いや問い合わせの主要な窓口として、顧客のニーズに的確に対応する。
クロスファンクショナル・コラボレーション：エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携し、顧客の要求に合致ソリューションを提供する。技術要件を理解し、革新的なソリューションを開発する。
- チームマネジメント（マネージャーレベルの方）： セールスエンジニアへの指導、サポート、メンターシップを提供し、顧客エンゲージメントとセールスの成功を促進します。
セールスパフォーマンスのモニタリング（マネージャーレベルの方）：販売指標を追跡し、改善レポートを作成する。
必要に応じて国内外の出張があります。
【応募要件】
学歴： エンジニアリングまたは関連分野の学士号
職種：5～10年の技術営業の経験（半導体製造業界の経験があれば望ましい）
言語：ビジネスレベルの英語力
- チームを率いるリーダーシップとメンターシップ（マネージャーレベルの方）
