Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Strategic Planning & Development
Lead the planning and execution of real estate development strategies, with a focus on logistics facilities.
Oversee land acquisition processes, including site identification, feasibility analysis, and negotiation.
Fund Formation & Capital Structuring
Spearhead the formation of real estate development funds, including future core fund initiatives.
Capital Raising & Exit Strategy
Lead efforts in raising capital through equity and debt instruments to support development and expansion.
Joint Ventures & Stakeholder Management
Establish and manage joint venture partnerships with strategic stakeholders, developers, and financial institutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Degree in any related field
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in the real estate or finance industry
Good exposure in defining the fund's investment objectives and strategy, Identifying target investors and markets and structuring the fund's framework and governance
