Job Description
Our client, a Japanese real estate development, is seeking a potential and dedicated candidate to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge and practice in both corporate and project law,
Demonstrated expertise in real estate development and urban development legal matters.
- Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to address diverse legal challenges.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain trusted-based relationship.
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate legal department or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
