Job Description
Our client, a Japanese trading/wholesale company in Ho Chi Minh City, is seeking a potential and dedicated candidate to join their team.
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and process documents for restaurant clients.
- Manage product-related inquiries by coordinating with local suppliers for sourcing and purchasing.
- Liase with restaurant partners to identify their requirements and deliver support.
- Carry out a variety of administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Provide flexible assistance across multiple tasks to support the sales team effectively.
Requirements:
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above).
- Prior experience in documents processing is an advantage.
- Professional background in the food industry is highly desirable.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates without prior experience but with strong motivation to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Commitment to long-term career development within the company.
Solid understanding of the Vietnamese market and local business practices.
