Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of mid to large-scale building projects, from design to handover.
• Develop and execute project strategies, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
• Assemble and lead diverse project teams, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee tender processes, contractual agreements, subcontractor management, and project performance metrics.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Supervise commissioning, testing, handover, and post-project activities.
• Drive innovation through new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster talent development and uphold organizational values for sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• At least 20 years of experience managing complex building projects, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in delivering projects exceeding $100 million.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and contract management (SIA, PSSCOC).
• Preferably accredited as a Construction Professional (A-Star) and/or PMP.
• Demonstrated expertise in residential, commercial, and institutional developments.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
• Committed to safety, sustainability, and high-quality standards.
