仕事内容：
■現場でのタイ人スタッフおよびマネージャーのマネジメント業務＋仕入先の管理
・仕入先を含めた、約40〜50名の現場スタッフとコミュニケーションを取り、進捗や課題を把握（週に2～3回、客先（現場）訪問）
・タイ人マネージャーと連携し、日本人MDへ報告を行う
・報告内容をもとに、現場で発生する問題の円滑な解決
・現場対応に加え、仕入先の管理（関係構築、納期・品質管理など）も担当
応募資格：
【必須】
■製造業において現地スタッフマネジメントを含む現場管理のご経験がある方
【歓迎】
■設備業界でのご経験がある方
■現場で発生した問題に対して、レポートを作成し、円満に解決されたご経験をお持ちの方
■社内外の関係者との調整力や現場把握力がある方
【語学】
英語 / タイ語 日常会話レベル以上
