Our client, a well-established organization in Finance, is currently seeking a qualified and proactive HR Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on strategic HR planning, internal communications, and CSR initiatives, and requires strong Japanese language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and measurement plans
Lead the planning and execution of internal events and CSR activities
Drive effective internal communication across departments
Analyze HR-related data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR functions (HRM or HRD)
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within teams
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level.
