Our client, a well-established organization in Finance, is currently seeking a qualified and proactive HR Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on strategic HR planning, internal communications, and CSR initiatives, and requires strong Japanese language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and measurement plans

• Lead the planning and execution of internal events and CSR activities

• Drive effective internal communication across departments

• Analyze HR-related data to support decision-making and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR functions (HRM or HRD)

• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting

• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within teams

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level.
