Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, pricing, and negotiations.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure our services meet customer needs and support their business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales and marketing records.
Monitor costs and ensure compliance with internal processes for order and delivery management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and project timelines.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, forecasts, and customer orders to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in plastic injection molding.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills.
