Join a global medical technology leader as a Logistics Specialist, managing all warehouse and logistics operations in Japan. This role requires you to oversee shipping, delivery, inspections, and vendor management while actively driving automation, system improvements, and operational efficiency. You will contribute to a meaningful mission that improves lives through innovative products in the healthcare sector.

• Manage outsourced operations, including shipping, warehouse management, returns, and inspections.

• Propose, support, and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Standardize and manage processes for implant claims and returns.

• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and ensure ISO compliance.

• Drive system improvements, automation, and new process initiatives.

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including delivery, inspection, and instrument handling.

必須条件経験・スキル：

• 高卒以上
• 物流に関する基礎知識
• 基本的なExcel、PowerPoint、Wordスキル

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• チームワーク
• タスクを正確に、期日内に遂行できること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 物流やロジ関連の実務経験1〜2年程度
• SAPや物流システムの使用経験
• 整形外科・医療機器分野におけるロジスティクス経験があれば尚可

• High school graduate or higher.

• Logistics knowledge and 1-2 years of logistics-related experience (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with SAP and logistics systems is a plus.

• Accuracy, multitasking, and strong time management.

• Excellent communication skills, with a cooperative, team-oriented approach.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines effectively.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for daily operations).

• English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency.

• Experience in the orthopedic or medical device logistics field.

• Familiarity with SAP or advanced logistics systems.
