As an HR Digital Transformation Manager, you will drive innovation by introducing AI and advanced digital solutions into HR operations. This role focuses on creating and implementing strategies to optimize HR processes, improve employee experience, and enhance global HR effectiveness. You will collaborate across functions and lead initiatives that reshape how HR leverages technology, automation, and AI to support business growth.
Develop and execute HR digital transformation strategies, leveraging technology to optimize HR functions
Implement AI solutions across recruitment, talent development, labor management, and performance evaluation
Introduce advanced technologies such as Generative AI into HR operations
Analyze and optimize HR processes for efficiency and better resource allocation
Automate workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
Conduct training on digital transformation and AI, raising digital literacy across HR teams
