A global logistics company is looking for a Logistics Operation professional. The selected candidate will manage daily logistics operations and support process improvement for both 4PL and 3PL services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound operations for VIP accounts
• Validate documentation, liaise with vendors, and update internal systems
• Operate internal platforms such as CargoWise and Microsoft Office
• Create and dispatch orders for execution
• Communicate with clients and vendor partners across channels
• Support daily shipment coordination, troubleshoot issues, and improve logistics processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, transportation, distribution, forwarding, customs, etc.
• Experience managing vendors in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience managing and driving metrics
• Fluent level Japanese and English
