Job Description
仕事内容：人材採用/人事労務に関する業務全般
・担当部門における採用業務全般（フルサイクルリクルートメント）のリード
・部門長・課長に対する人事関連および人事方針に関する助言（組織構造、人材育成、異動・昇進、職務設計、ワークフォースプランニングなど）
・従業員対応（労務対応）の実施
・HRサービス提供のサポート（入社対応、KPI設定、評価、社内研修、従業員エンゲージメント活動、企業文化推進、退職手続きなど）
・大学との連携活動の実施（奨学金制度、Daikin NextGen、セミナーなど）
・必要に応じた取締役会や経営層への人事関連コミュニケーション支援
・その他、ラインマネージャーからの指示事項への対応
【待遇】
月額30,000,000～50,0000,000VND（GROSS）約16.8～28万円（1000VND=5.6円 2025年9月時点）※経験・能力により応相談
