Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm.
Assist in organizing and facilitating club activities and events.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club area.
Provide information about club services and programs.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or recreation is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
