As Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Japan, driving brand growth, client acquisition, and market positioning in the financial services sector. This high-impact role involves managing marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with international teams to align local activities with global objectives.
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with global direction and local business priorities
Own and manage the local marketing calendar, budget, and campaigns, driving measurable results in client acquisition and retention
Oversee website marketing initiatives, including content management, performance tracking, and regulatory compliance
Direct external communications, public relations, and media engagement to build brand visibility and strengthen industry relationships
Collaborate with creative, digital, and commercial teams to deliver go-to-market initiatives and enhance client onboarding
Provide insights on competition, regulation, and market trends while monitoring client journeys to improve marketing ROI

必須条件経験・資格:
Solid background in financial services marketing with proven expertise in strategy, campaign execution, and performance measurement
Proficiency in digital and offline marketing, including data analysis tools (Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, or similar)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels
Excellent project management and multitasking skills in complex environments
Japanese: Fluent
English: Business/Intermediate level
Familiarity with financial marketing compliance regulations
Professional marketing certifications (e.g., Chartered Marketer, CFA Marketing Certificate)
Experience managing regulatory-approved communications and content
Advanced bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English
