Scope and general purpose of the job:
- Own the preparation of financial & operating statements for the Group including its subsidiaries & divisions
- Provide timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the Group to meet its Japan statutory and legal financial requirements
Responsibilities:
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Control cash / credit management
- System master maintenance
- Support month end, year end reporting, tax filing
- Fixed assets register maintenance
- Ad-hoc general accounting duties
Key Relationships:
- Maintain effective working relationships with:
- Senior Finance Personnel - Finance Controller, Senior accountant
- Other Finance personnel including Financial Accountants, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable with China SSO
- Functional operational managers
General Requirements

Required Skills
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Associate's degree required
- At least three years Accountant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Attention to details and accuracy
- TOEIC 700 is a plus
- Good proficiency in using PC based software packages, Excel, Google and familiar with Hyperion and ERP systems.
