COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for the Design Manager position.

Work Location: HCM city 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and carry out design-related tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

• Conduct site surveys and condition assessments, develop design briefs, and prepare design proposals when assigned.

• Develop overall and detailed design schedules for all stages: concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.

• Coordinate with design consultants to propose materials and products for interior and exterior finishes.

• Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, fire safety, infrastructure, interior, and landscape to ensure design consistency.

• Ensure all design documents comply with legal requirements and support permit applications.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Sales, Legal, and CCP to align project requirements.

• Work closely with the construction management team to ensure the design is practical and executable on-site.

• Supervise the construction process to ensure it complies with approved design drawings.

• Coordinate and resolve any issues arising during construction to maintain quality and schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Level: Bachelor Architecture major

• Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar position.

• Has participated in or taken charge of 2–3 medium to large-scale projects, including residential apartments, Low rise , Villas.....

• Experienced in working with both local and international design consultants, and in coordinating with related disciplines (structure, MEP, fire protection, interior design, etc.)

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, Sketchup skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Able to develop process schedules for the department

• Experienced in reviewing and checking technical drawings.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, adaptable, results-oriented, and hard-working.
