Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze warranty-returned parts through visual, dimensional, and functional testing to identify failure modes and prepare detailed root cause reports.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to implement corrective actions and support field quality teams in identifying recurring issues.
- Monitor warranty trends using analytical tools, ensure timely case closures, maintain investigation records, and contribute to product improvement and cost reduction through early issue detection.
