自動車部品の設計・製造を行う企業にて、設計・品質管理・総務経理部門を統括する管理職ポジションの募集です。
インドネシア市場における事業拡大を支えるキーパーソンとして、現場と経営の両面から組織を牽引していただきます。

設計・品質・総務経理の各部門の統括およびマネジメント
CADを用いた設計業務の監督と外注先との仕様調整
製品品質の維持・改善活動の推進と顧客対応
現地スタッフの育成支援
図面の確認・承認および技術的な指導
現場改善と組織運営
経営層との連携による戦略的な業務推進
ボディあるいはボディパーツ設計業務経験
インドネシア語での業務遂行能力
CADの操作経験および図面読解力
マネジメント経験
外注管理や仕様書作成の経験がある方(歓迎)
月給：IDR 40,000,000~ 45,000,000（手取）＋賞与支給
