Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SMB to enterprise merchant accounts as their trusted point of contact.
Drive account growth through cross-sell and upsell of new products, services, and payment methods.
Act as a strategic advisor, aligning merchant goals with platform solutions.
Provide insights and regular check-ins to improve customer performance and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.

主な業務内容
SMBから大手企業までの加盟店アカウントを担当し、信頼できる窓口として対応。
新機能・新サービス・新たな決済手段を活用したクロスセル/アップセルによる成長機会の創出。
加盟店の目標を理解し、プラットフォームの提供価値と戦略的に連携。
定期的なチェックインを実施し、インサイトや改善提案を共有。
セールス、マーケティング、プロダクト、サポートなど社内チームと連携。
CRM(HubSpot、Salesforceなど)での記録管理、顧客フィードバックの共有。

Candidate Profile

Proven success in managing commercial relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell.
Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Skilled in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
