Join a global consulting firm experiencing significant investment in Japan. As the Head of Manufacturing & Hi-Tech Consulting, you will lead business development strategy, strengthen client relationships at the executive level, and drive growth across the manufacturing and high-technology sectors. This is a confidential senior leadership position, offering the opportunity to shape strategic direction and expand into APAC coverage in the long term.

• Lead business development and execute the overall strategy for the Manufacturing & Hi-Tech consulting practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO and senior leaders in client organizations across Japan.
• Drive growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee account management to ensure value delivery for existing clients.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 経営コンサル、ITコンサル、SIer、BPR/BPOコンサルなどの関連経験15年以上
• 製造・ハイテク業界の専門知識
• 製造・ハイテク企業のCxO対応経験
• 経理財務、オペレーション、デジタル、AIなどに対する興味関心
