As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process in Japan, helping to drive the growth of a rapidly expanding IT consulting firm. From sourcing candidates to interviews, offer management, and onboarding, you will shape recruitment strategies that align with business needs. This role offers the chance to build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and support organizational growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
Oversee recruitment media and agency relationships to optimize talent attraction.
Plan, organize, and promote recruitment events to engage top candidates.
Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics, providing insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to employee.
