【仕事内容】
1.デジタルエナジー製品(UPSを導入するため､他)のハードウェア設置、コミッショニング、システムインテグレーション、メンテナンス、技術サポートなど、日本国内での実装と技術サポートを担当し、解決までの技術的な問題の管理･追跡を遂行する
2.製品導入試験からサービス提供・受入までの業務プロセス全般に携わる
3.お客様およびTAC(テクニカルアシスタンスセンター)とのコミュニケーションを保ち、問題を円滑に解決する。チケットシステムに関する技術的なケースの処理を担当し、問題解決プロセスを実行する
4.顧客およびローカルエンジニアに必要なテクニカルサポートおよびトレーニングを提供する。
5.お客様とプロジェクトサポートチームとの独立したコミュニケーションを担当し、プロジェクトの技術ソリューションと計画を策定する

1.実務経験2年以上
テレコミュニケーションネットワークの電力供給システム､データセンタのインフラ､太陽エネルギーの植物のプロジェクト 等
2.電源システムに精通する技術の知識を備えている
3.対人コミュニケーションに長けている｡草分け的で率先的にチーム協力が取りに行く
4.ビジネスカスタマーコミュニケーション、打合せの日程調整、技術的な問題の説明、お客様とのプロジェクト計画の確認、緊急のネットワークケースへの対応
5.マイクロソフトOfficeに精通している方
6.プロジェクトのスケジュール管理に関する基礎知識
7.製品に関する品質管理の知識
8.電気の知識、回路や流れなどについて基本的な素養があること。
