コンセプト設計から市場投入まで、スケジュール・コスト・品質要件を管理しながら、グローバルチームと協働し、自動車・エレクトロニクス分野で革新的な製品を市場に届ける重要なポジションです。

• プロジェクトコンセプト立ち上げからローンチまで、製品開発ＰＪをリード。スケジュールや予算、品質要件の管理、生産体制の構築など
• プロジェクトの進捗管理：リスクの早期特定・課題解決、経営層へ定期報告
• プロダクトマネジメントと緊密に連携し、市場ニーズに合った事業計画や技術ロードマップを作成すること
• チームのスキル向上を目的とした研修・コーチングの実施、必要なツールの提供
• 他のプロジェクトマネージャーのサポートやアドバイスを行い、全体のプログラム成功を支援すること
  
  

Take on a key leadership role as a Project Manager driving end-to-end product development for advanced connector solutions in the electronics and automotive industries. You will manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals while meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements. • Lead product development projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and quality requirements from concept through launch.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with product management to develop business plans and align technical roadmaps with market needs.
• Build team capabilities by providing training, coaching, and tools to enhance project management performance.
• Support cross-project initiatives, offering guidance to other project managers to ensure program success.

必須条件経験・資格：

• アジャイル・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 複数の部署・拠点が関わるプロジェクトのリード経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの手法、ツールやプロセスの専門知識（リーン製品開発など）

• 優れた問題解決力、分析力、論理的思考能力
• 役職や形式的な権限に依存せずに、信頼関係を築きながら周囲を動かしリーダーシップを発揮できること
• 経営層向けプレゼンテーション・コミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 電子機器・モバイル・自動車業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• カイゼン、シックスシグマ、リーン手法の知識
• プリンシプル・ベース・アプローチについての知識

• Proven track record in Agile project management leading cross-functional and cross-location development projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Product Development).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities with the capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency, with strong presentation and executive communication skills.

• Experience managing projects in electronics, mobile, or automotive industries.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with principle-based management approaches.
