【業務内容】
私募ファンド部におけるアセットマネジメント業務
（具体的な業務内容）
- 運用資産の建物管理・PM 及び BM 会社等の選定・指導・監督に関する業務
- 運用資産の賃貸借契約又は運営委託契約に関する締結・管理・変更・交渉・承認等に関する業務
- 運用資産のテナント、ホテル・オペレーター、PM 会社及び BM 会社のモニタリングに関する業務
- 個別ホテルの予算の策定に関する業務
- 個別物件毎の資本的支出及び修繕計画の策定、実行、管理に関する業務 他

- REITあるいは不動産私募ファンドの運用業、不動産業のいずれかの業界で勤務経験を有する方
- アセットマネジメント業務の経験者が望ましいが、未経験者も歓迎
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、細かい気遣いができ、チームワークを大切にして主体的に行動できる方
