Requirements:

• Managing a team of software developers for product/SaaS development.
• At least 3 years of developing web services / equivalent experience.
• Experience working together with different team members (sales, product manager, etc) to achieve a shared goal.
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1.
• Skilled in any of the following languages: Go, Java, Typescript, Ruby, Python, Rust, etc.

Desired skills:

• Expertise in designing applications focused on UX
• Background developing or operating for B2B services
