国内外の顧客からの受注業務を中心に、関連部署や営業チームと連携しながら、船舶用リペアパーツの受発注から納品までの調整を行います。迅速かつ正確な対応でお客様のニーズに応え、円滑なオペレーションを支えます。

職務内容
顧客対応（問い合わせ、見積もり、注文対応、クレーム処理）
関連部署や営業チームとの調整・連携
受注後案件のフォローアップと進捗管理
注文進捗状況の追跡、遅延要因の把握・報告
SAPを用いた物流・輸出業務のサポート
グローバルなセールス担当者との英語メールでのコミュニケーション
その他受注業務に付随する関連業務
条件・待遇
勤務時間：フレックスタイム制（コアタイム11:00〜15:00）
週2日在宅勤務可
雇用形態：正社員
年収：〜600万円（経験・能力により決定、業績連動賞与含む）
