Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients using digital tools.
- Analyze market trends and customer segments to tailor campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Accounting, Technical) and external service providers.
- Oversee marketing budgets, campaign performance, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support product development and service improvement through client visits and feedback.
- Use digital tools for reporting, planning, and sales presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Management or Sales.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with digital tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Data Studio), Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Strong communication, analytical, evaluation, and report writing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable in dynamic situations.
- Good communication skill in English.
