As an HR Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping HR strategies and priorities for Japan, aligning them with global business needs and supporting organizational growth. Working closely with managers and global stakeholders, you will design talent strategies, drive cultural change, and influence executive leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to represent Japan's business needs to global headquarters while building a strong HR foundation in one of the world's most dynamic industries.
Conduct organizational and talent assessments to identify strengths and gaps.
Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
Design and execute change management initiatives.
Partner with and coach managers, while supporting the development of executive leadership.
Collaborate with COE and HR Operations teams to deliver HR strategies effectively.
Act as a strategic business partner, ensuring HR initiatives support both global and Japan-specific needs.
