• テスト戦略・計画・指標の策定および実行：ソフトウェア品質及びプロセス効率の確保
• ガバナンス、欠陥管理、リリース管理の監督；標準への準拠の徹底
• アジャイル手法へのテストプロセスの統合、Jiraでのテストケースや不具合、プロジェクトの管理
• テストチームの指導・メンタリング、テストケースやスクリプト、結果のレビュー；精度・安全性の確保
• ステークホルダーやプロダクトオーナーとの連携（要件調整、レビュー、テスト結果の共有など）
  

Join a leading global technology solutions provider as a Bilingual QA Manager, driving software quality assurance excellence in a highly collaborative, international environment. You will lead a testing team, integrate QA processes into agile development, and act as a bridge between global stakeholders using both Japanese and English. • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and metrics to ensure software quality and efficiency.

• Oversee governance, defect management, and release management, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Integrate testing practices within agile methodologies, managing workflows through Jira.

• Lead and mentor the testing team, reviewing test cases, scripts, and results for accuracy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners on requirements, walkthroughs, and testing outcomes.

必須条件経験・資格:

• ソフトウェアテスト経験（テスト計画、指標管理、ガバナンスなど）10年程度
• アジャイル開発、Jira、欠陥管理ツール の専門知識
• SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）がわかること
• ソフトウェアテスト認定資格（例：ISTQB）
• 自動化テストツールの知識
• QAチームリーダーとしての経験・実績があればベスト

• 英語: ビジネスレベル以上

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on test planning, metrics, and governance.
• Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring testing teams.

• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and defect management tools such as Jira.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and certified in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).

• Familiarity with automated testing tools.

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level.

• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Demonstrated experience interacting with global teams and clients.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex testing challenges.

• Ability to deliver results under tight timelines while maintaining quality.
