• シングルセル解析のための最先端の医療機器の営業を担当していただきます
• 顧客とのやりとり
• 製品説明やプレゼンテーション、プロダクトデモンストレーション

Join a global leader in advanced scientific technology as a Sales & Support Specialist, driving innovation in life sciences. You will sell and support cutting-edge single-cell research tools that empower scientists to achieve medical breakthroughs in cancer, immunology, and genetic research. This hybrid role combines sales, technical support, and education, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with world-class researchers while contributing directly to advancements in human health.

• Sell advanced single-cell research products, engaging directly with customers through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Provide hands-on technical support, including training customers on instruments and materials
• Act as a trusted advisor by answering scientific and technical questions from customers
• Support internal teams with product knowledge sharing and training sessions
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure excellent customer experiences

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 理系の学位
• ライフサイエンス業界（特に遺伝子研究分野）での実務経験
• 大学・研究所・バイオ関連企業などでの遺伝子研究経験

• 複雑な科学的内容を分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
• 国内出張が可能な方

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（論文読解、メール作成など。会話は日常的なやりとりができる程度）

• 実験機器、研究機器などの営業経験があれば尚可
• 留学経験、海外での研究経験歓迎
• スタートアップまたは小規模企業での勤務経験歓迎

• 営業だけではない、ハイブリッド職：研究者のサポートや教育なども担当し、総合的に顧客をサポートできます

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field (biology, genetics, or related discipline)

• 3+ years in the life sciences industry, ideally in genetics or gene research within universities, research centers, or biotech companies

• Solid knowledge of single-cell research tools and related applications

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts

• Japanese: Native fluency
• English: Business-level (able to read research papers, write professional emails, and hold daily conversations)
• Ability to travel domestically as part of client support and training

• Prior sales experience with scientific products
• Research or study experience abroad
• Experience working in a fast-paced, small or startup-style environment
