■人材コンサルティング業務（対法人／対パートナー）
企業の「グローバル人材を採用したい」というニーズを、国内外のパートナー（人材紹介会社）と連携して解決する採用成功の司令塔として活動します。
〈法人対応〉
・経営課題のヒアリング
・求人票の作成と採用コンサルティング
・選考プロセスの最適化とマッチング推進
〈パートナー対応〉
・人材紹介会社の開拓と関係構築
・求人案件の共有、採用プロジェクトの推進
■グローバル人材EXPOの企画・営業
・ソリューション営業：グローバル人材採用に関する課題を「イベント出展」という形で提案
・イベントの企画・運営：マッチング最大化のためのコンテンツ企画・プロモーション・当日運営
