給与ベンダー管理を含む人事業務全般
採用・人事制度・報酬制度の企画・運用
社内他部門との連携・調整（コミュニケーション力重視）
HRポリシーの見直し・更新
慶弔保険など福利厚生制度の整備
フランス本社との連携（英語使用）
社内の人事課題への対応・改善提案
条件・待遇
勤務形態：週3回在宅勤務可／フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）
所定労働時間：1日7時間
休暇：有給10日＋リフレッシュ休暇（合計20日、初日から使用可）
レポートライン：フランス本社（Head of HR）
