Job Description
当社高級賃貸マンションのフロント業務
○入居者サポート
（具体的には）
・入居者宛、来客対応
・タクシー手配
・宅急便・クリーニングの預かり・取り次ぎ
・各種サービスのご案内
・パブリック施設の予約・管理・受付
・新規入居者様を迎えるための準備
・マンション共用部分やお部屋内の修繕や不具合の受付（メンテナンススタッフと連携） 等
契約社員採用ですが、管理マネージャーなど正社員登用、賃貸マンション営業等にキャリアチェンジの実績もあり
※時間外勤務手当別途支給
※スキルアップ等により昇給あり（300万・325万・350万）
