世界でバケーションクラブを展開するTravel+Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL)傘下の日本法人であるトラベルアンドレジャージャパン株式会社にて、長野の2軒のクラブのレベニューマネージメントと予約を管理するポジション。
- 需要予測と市場分析に基づく料金設定および在庫管理
- 予算策定とフォーキャストの作成
- ADR・RevPAR・稼働率など主要KPIのモニタリングと改善施策の実行
- OTA・自社サイトを含む販売チャネル戦略の立案と実施
- 予約業務全般の統括と管理
- フロントオフィスチームに対する予約関連のマネジメント、教育・指導、業務改善
- 顧客満足度向上を目的とした予約体験・サービス品質の改善
- 収益分析レポートの作成および経営層への提案
- コールセンターチームへの業務サポート
- 定期的なレベニューミーティングの主導
- 社内チームとの連携

- ホテルまたはホスピタリティ業界でのレベニューマネジメント、および予約管理の実務経験（3年以上が望ましい）
- 需要予測、予算策定、フォーキャスト作成、KPI（ADR・RevPAR・稼働率等）の分析・改善経験
- OTA、自社予約サイトなど販売チャネルの管理・最適化経験
- PMS、チャネルマネージャーの使用経験
- 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
- PCスキル
あると望ましいスキル / 経験
- 英語での業務遂行力（読み書き・会話）
- チームマネジメント経験（教育・育成・業務改善を含む）
- クラブの予約経験
