We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automotive quality systems, team leadership, and customer/supplier interface—especially with Maruti Suzuki India Limited.

• Team Leadership: Manage and schedule a team of 5–10 quality professionals, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance
• Customer Quality Management: Handle customer interactions, audits, and corrective actions—particularly for Maruti Suzuki India Limited (CARV, defect analysis, audit compliance, and improvement initiatives)
• Supplier Quality Oversight: Conduct supplier audits, manage defect analysis, and drive supplier quality improvements
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present quality reports using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings (child parts and assemblies) for quality validation and process control

• Strong working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, 8D, Why-Why Analysis, and FTA
• Proven experience in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 audit handling
• Familiarity with Maru-A part handling and related quality protocols
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Production preferred)
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in automotive quality management
