JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and drive client success in the casino industry. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that goes beyond traditional sales. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and support them throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
Conduct interviews to uncover customer pain points and provide feedback to internal teams
Collaborate with internal departments to develop and present tailored proposals
Monitor product usage and proactively suggest reorders or replacements
Coordinate orders from placement to delivery, ensuring smooth execution
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Respond quickly to client issues, including on-site support when needed
Pursue new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and industry events
Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to on-site issues
High sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working with international clients
Willingness to travel and relocate to other Southeast Asian countries
