◼︎Role Overview
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level individual contributor to take ownership of QA automation for our AI Call solution and serve as a technical liaison during customer integrations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, quality assurance, and customer interaction.
◼︎Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for Japanese-language IVR and AI call flows.
Write, execute, and maintain end-to-end, regression, and integration tests for speech recognition, TTS, and conversational flows.
Conduct manual testing of Japanese-language flows where necessary.
Log, track, and verify bugs and issues across releases.
Write clear and concise bug reports and documentation in English for the engineering team.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define QA strategies for new features and releases.
Plan and implement strategies to test non-deterministic LLM-driven responses as we evolve toward Generative AI capabilities.

Work Hours
- Standard Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break; overtime applicable).
Flexible Time: Core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
