Plan, analyze, and manage recruitment projects to attract top talent
Negotiate and build partnerships with external recruitment agencies
Promote hiring through agent briefings and employee referral programs
Utilize direct sourcing tools including job media and social media platforms
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews, follow-up)
Maintain accurate recruitment data using internal systems and Excel
Lead recruitment-related projects and initiatives across the business

Experience as a consultant in a professional services or consulting firm
B2B sales experience is a plus
