開発エリアにおける住宅・商業関連のお問い合わせ対応および関連業務全般
1.住宅関連業務
・新規入居者の開拓
・賃貸／販売／再販／短期滞在予約対応
・仲介業者との連携・対応
2.商業関連業務
・テナント向けイベントの企画・運営
・プロモーション、広告活動
3.その他業務
・イベントの企画・運営
・仲介業者との販売に関する関係構築
・日系企業向けのイベントに参加し、関係構築
・新規赴任者向けシティツアーへの参加
【待遇】
月額～50,000,000VND(GROSS) ※約27.9万円（額面）（※1000VND=5.9JPY 2025年8月時点 ）
