• 先物クリアリングに関するプロジェクト全体の計画・実行管理
• 社内関係者と連携し、ビジネス要件や規制要件とプロジェクト目標を整合させる
• 日本の取引所、清算機関、ベンダーと連携し、システム導入およびメンバーシップ取得を推進
• コンプライアンス・法務チームと連携し、規制対応を徹底
• プロジェクトの進捗・課題・リスクを管理し、定期的にレポート

Join a leading global financial institution as a Project Manager responsible for delivering a full-cycle futures clearing project in Japan. This one-year fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact initiative involving system rollouts, exchange coordination, and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with stakeholders across regions and functions, gaining significant visibility in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

• Lead the planning and execution of a futures clearing project, managing scope, deliverables, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals with business and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Japanese exchanges, clearing houses, and vendors to manage memberships and technology integration
• Ensure compliance with local regulations by partnering with legal and compliance departments
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Report status and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界における5〜7年のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 日本におけるクリアリング業務・デリバティブ関連プロジェクトに携わった実績

• 日本の金融規制、ライセンス取得プロセスに関する理解
• フロント〜バックオフィスまでのシステム導入経験
• プロジェクト管理ツールやリスクマネジメント手法への理解

• 高い組織力とマルチタスク能力
• 多様な利害関係者と連携できる優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 自主的に課題を見つけて解決できる実行力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（ネイティブ相当）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの連携あり）

• 日本国内の取引所や清算機関との業務経験
• クリアリングメンバー登録や運用リスク管理に関する知識
• 海外拠点を巻き込んだクロスボーダープロジェクトへの参加経験

• 5-7 years of project management experience in financial services, ideally involving clearing or derivatives operations in Japan
• Hands-on experience leading system implementations and operational transformation projects

• Familiarity with Japan's financial regulatory environment and licensing procedures
• Understanding of front, middle, and back-office systems in investment banking
• Proficient in project planning tools and risk management methodologies

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Fluent

• Experience working with Japanese derivatives exchanges and clearing systems
• Knowledge of exchange membership requirements and operational risk controls
• Previous exposure to multi-jurisdictional financial projects
