職務内容
- PCやモバイル、周辺機器のトラブル対応
- Microsoft 365、VPN、Active Directoryなどの管理サポート
- 日本語でユーザー対応、英語で海外ITチームと連携
- IT資産管理（機器の調達・展開・保守）
- チケットベースでの課題解決対応
