IT運用チームの一員として、本番環境の運用全般に携わりつつ、運用プロセスの策定・改善・自動化推進を担当。
各部門やグローバルチーム、アウトソーシングパートナーとの連携も行う。

- 運用サポート、エスカレーション、手順書作成・レビュー、監視設定・チューニング、変更管理、インシデント対応、アカウント運用・監査対応
- オンコール、システムメンテナンス、障害対応
- 効率的・効果的な運用プロセスの提案・実装
- PowerShell等による運用自動化
