- 社内ITサービスの運用管理と継続的なサービス品質向上
- Tier1・2を担当する業務委託先との調整・協力による高品質な保守・サポート提供
- メンバーからの要望収集と調整を通じたサービス改善の推進
- 業務委託先への発注・支払など庶務処理および計画策定・社内稟議の適切な実施

- TCP/IPやLAN/WANの基礎知識、OS・アプリケーションの操作・助言ができるレベルの知識や実務経験をお持ちの方
- 技術知識を分かりやすく伝えられるコミュニケーション力がある方
- ネイティブレベルの日本語読み書きとビジネスレベルの英語読解力、英会話習熟への意欲がある方
