職務内容
製品開発・R&D戦略の策定と推進
製品設計、官能評価、法令遵守の管理
イノベーションパイプラインと技術ロードマップの構築
市場動向・競合分析・財務指標を含む事業計画の策定
チーム育成とパフォーマンス向上の推進
消費者インサイトに基づく新製品の企画・開発
原材料の機能性・コスト・持続可能性を考慮した製品設計
製品コンセプトの具現化とスケールアップ支援
規制対応（FDA、Prop 65等）、栄養表示・成分表・アレルゲン表示の作成
新技術・製造プロセスの導入と改善提案
本社向け報告書・承認資料の作成
応募要件
食品科学または関連分野の学士号
CPG（消費財）業界での製品開発経験8年以上、うち管理職経験3年以上
製品開発、品質管理、技術支援の経験
製品ローンチ実績と部門横断プロジェクトのリード経験
米国規制対応・製造プロセスの知識
データ分析スキル
日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル（英語ネイティブ歓迎）
優遇される資格・スキル
食品科学または関連分野の修士号
CPA、CFAの資格保持者
国際サプライヤーとの業務経験
勤務地 カリフォルニア州アーバイン（ハイブリッド勤務）
給与 USD 120,000-140,000
